SALES CONDITIONS:
- Price list is in Euro.
- Prices are net (Italian VAT 20%
excluded).
- Prices and terms are valid until 28/02/10.
- Delivery condition: EX FACTORY- ITALY
- Payment condition: anticipated bank transfer
before shipment.
- Cases are packed in strong carton box useful for
reshipments.
- Door to door delivery charges will be quoted upon
reception of an order.
- All samples requested will be charged as a regular order.
- Customers are responsible for local taxes or any other
duty.
NB: Foreign customers
As above indicated prices are excluded of Italian 20% IVA
(VAT-TVA-MWST).
To avoid paying Italian IVA please mention in your orders
your local VAT / TVA / MWST number.
In case you do not have a VAT nr we will be obliged to
invoice an additional 20% on prices quoted as per European
community laws which will appear separately on your final
invoice.
IMPORTANT: EX FACTORY DELIVERY TIME OF ANY STANDARD OR MADE
TO MEASURE CASES ORDERED WILL NOT EXCEED 30 DAYS FROM
RECEPTION OF YOUR ORDER TOGETHER WITH PLANS OF YOUR
INSTRUMENT.

CONDITIONS DE VENTE:
- Tarif et conditions de vente restent valables jusqu’au
28/02/10 .
- Tarif net en Euro HT – Franco notre usine en
Italie.
- Paiement anticipé.
- La livraison porte a porte vous sera quotée sure
demande.
- Toute demande d’échantillon serà facturé.
- Toutes taxes locales sont à la charge du client.
- Tous nos étuis sont emballés en carton épais
très utile pour une éventuelle réexpedition.
- Toute commande devra etre accompagnée de votre nr.
TVA sinon nous serons obligés par les lois
intracomunautaires à vous appliquer la TVA
Italienne de 20%.
IMPORTANT: Toute commande de nos étuis soit des modèles standard soit ceux sure mesure vous seront livrés au plus tard 30 jours a partir de la date de réception de votre commande.
